In Munich-Bogenhausen we act as owner's representative and project manager for a residential project – from design through tendering and contract award to construction.

We represent the client's interests towards architects, authorities and contractors and ensure efficient, on-schedule and on-budget delivery – through proactive management and continuous monitoring of all construction processes.
